We currently do not accept PayPal or Amazon Payments, as these payment platforms unfortunately do not support you making payments via their service for the products we offer.

Returns. naturaladdictionremedies.com does not as a general rule accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product, except where physical returns are needed to investigate potential quality issues. 14. Replacement. Replacement of items lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of naturaladdictionremedies.com.

15. Customs Duties & Fees. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Also, we will not refund orders which are seized by customs. The buyer should be aware of whether or not a product can be shipped to their country before ordering.

16. Modifications to Terms of Use. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this web site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of the web site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

17. Payment Verifications. At our discretion, NaturalAddictionRemedies reserves the right to manually verify payment details on any purchase prior to the shipment of an order. The details requested may include, but not necessarily be limited to, proof of picture ID, billing address and/or credit card. As well as the right to refuse.

18. Shipping Times. Order will be shipped on average with 24-48 hours on business days, or will ship out in that same time frame on the next business day.  PST will likely ship out the same day. Orders placed prior to 9am Saturday PST on a best-effort basis. Delays in payment or changes to orders may delay shipment. Orders are generally shipped out in the order they are received.

Please allow for the occasional possibility, in cases of higher-than-normal order volumes and/or days where our warehouse is closed, that there will be occasional times where your order could be delayed by an extra business day. Mail is not picked up on Saturday afternoons or Sundays, nor does our shipping team normally package orders or print labels over the weekend except for a limited number of orders earlier on Saturday. Therefore, orders placed Saturday, and all day Sunday, will generally ship out Monday (unless Monday is an observed shipping holiday). Many of our orders placed during business hours during the week ship out rapidly, within an hour or two of being placed.

Please do not place orders until you are sure they are as you want. We often cannot catch orders before going out if you want to cancel or change them. We do not have systems in place to hold orders until a later date. As such, please do not place orders with comments requesting them being held to a later date. Our processes in place are to get shipments out as fast as feasibly possible; so therefore holds, changes, and cancellations are not guaranteed to be addressed before your original shipment goes out. Once again, please make sure everything is correct and that you actually want to place an order before submitting an order. This allows us to provide you with the best service and allow us to operate best: By getting shipments out to our customers fast using the shipping and order information as originally input when your order was placed.
